Who is Growth Ladder Academy designed for?
The programme is primarily designed for teenagers and young adults who want to develop personal, professional and leadership capabilities in a structured way.
How is the programme organised?
Foundation contains five introductory modules. All training is currently locked and will be released progressively after founder approval, alongside specialist collections in career readiness, digital skills and youth leadership.
Can learners study at their own pace?
Yes. Learners can continue from where they stopped, review previous modules and follow their progress through the student dashboard.
What makes GLA different from a typical course website?
